What is the fine for failing an Act 446 audit?▼
For certain Act 446 offences, employer conviction fines can reach RM50,000 per conviction. It is not usually calculated as RM50,000 multiplied by each worker.
What is the minimum JTK room size per worker?▼
JTK guidance commonly references 3.0 square metres of floor area per worker for permanent buildings, alongside air-volume requirements that also need to be checked.
How do I apply for a Certificate for Accommodation?▼
Prepare the premises layout, worker details, tenancy or ownership proof, then submit through the JTK digital flow and get the site ready for inspection.
How do I contact JTK about Act 446?▼
